Our Last Days In Texas

Hello, everyone!
As many of you know by now, we are moving in a week! We're headed out of San Angelo and will be living in Las Vegas! I only have two more days of working at Best Buy (thank goodness). I am now searching for careers in the psychology field and also hope to attend UNLV for a doctorate in psychology. Applications are due in January and notifications are in April. Cross your fingers!
Eric graduates on August 17th and then I head to Santa Fe for a few days to see Carin in "Life is a Dream". She is singing the part of Estrella, one of the main characters, and has done a phenomenal job! This production is her opera debut and she is doing so in one of the most renowned opera houses in the country, if not the world. She has gotten great reviews for the role, one of which was in the New York Times! We are so proud of her! After visiting Carin, I will be popping by in California for a few days before heading back to Vegas to get all of our stuff moved in. Once Eric checks in with his base, we're planning on going back to CA to visit for a few days. Ah, the convenience of living in an adjoining state!
Also, we forgot to post that we have two new kittens! They are now about three months old. They are sisters and their names are Harley and June. They are black and white spotted, almost like cows! Haha. We love them to death. They are a lot of fun.
Anyway, wish me luck for my trek across the country with two kitties! They may not be too happy about it! Eric and I will be in separate cars, as the Air Force does not move cars for in-state moves.
The Air Force does, however, move all of our stuff for us! They are coming on Friday to pack it all up! We'll have a few nights of sleeping on air mattresses, but I'm sure we'll manage. :-)
Anyway, just wanted to pop by to give you all an update!
